WHY ARE THEY MAKING A NEW CHARMED SERIES?
First off, the new series doesn’t even look good. It looks corny and stupid and you ought to be ashamed of yourselves CW Network.
Secondly, there is no Charmed like the original Charmed from the WB Network. It is so good that they STILL have it in full syndication on TNT. It’s on every weekday morning like clockwork.
I have no clue why they are trying to tween out the Charmed series, but I am upset about it. They follow the same storyline and introduce the same characters, just more diverse. It seems that a lot of Creatives are big into recreating the things that were already created instead of creating new things these days, and I get it, no one wants to reinvent the wheel. But, good could come from new foundations. Just look at shows like This is Us, A Million Little Things, etc. There are great show concepts out there. Grab them and launch them!
WHY ARE THERE PEOPLE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONS WHO DON’T WANT PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE?
Paychecks are nice, but I believe that you have to earn them.
The number of customer service representatives who literally get offended when you ask that they do their jobs, is astounding.
This is not a rant because they didn’t agree with the ‘customer is always right’ rule, this is a rant because people literally refuse to do their jobs these days. I remember working through high school and I worked harder than half of the “adults” in a lot of these customer service professions and I was 16-years-old!
I don’t get how a customer service rep gets on the phone with an attitude before you’ve even told them who you are or what you want. Your job is to provide this service, don’t act like you’re being inconvenienced.
I say either do better, or have some integrity and just quit. That’ll be a favor to all of us who will some day need the company that provides you a check for your mediocre services.
WHY CAN LITERALLY NO ONE IN SACRAMENTO DRIVE?
So, I was driving the other day and it dawned on me that literally no one in Sacramento knows the rules of the road!
I was at an unprotected turn where oncoming traffic had the same conditions. The car directly in front of me had his signal on (the bare minimum), and turned which means that I do not have to wait, I can also turn! And of course the person behind him was trying to go straight and just had a visible fit about the fact that someone dare turned in front of her.
First off lady, I KNOW THAT WE GO TO THE SAME SCHOOL, SO I WILL SEE YOU AND THAT ATTITUDE ON CAMPUS,
And, secondly, learn the rules of the road before you and your un-tinted windows get upset about it.
Also, Sacramento, please stop waiting until Monday morning and Friday evenings to be reckless. I see all of the car accidents literally every week and send so many prayers up that y’all are okay when most of the accidents could possibly be avoided by just learning the rules of the road, and learning how to drive.
So, get on that. As a city, let’s do better (including me because I love my car too much for accidents).
WHY DOES MY NEIGHBOR LISTEN TO HIS MUSIC ON 100 EVERY DAY?
I’m going to go out on a limb (is this the saying?) and assume that my neighbor doesn’t have cable, so his only form of entertainment is to kill my nerves daily with the same old repetitive and annoying beats through the wall or by entertaining his loud, obnoxious friends. Mister, your music is just as boring as you look, please turn it down.
But, my old friend also has me convinced that my neighbor is a witch who practices dark magic and it’s close to Halloween, so I’m also sorry and don’t kill me in my sleep.

SO, I WATCH ‘ARE YOU THE ONE’, AND I’M FLOORED: WHY ARE MEN AND WOMEN SO IGNORANT ABOUT MEN AND WOMEN?
Why do we have to watch these guys play these girls on television? We see this in real life all the time, so why do you think that we want to re-live it every Wednesday night?!
We watch as the guys sit in confessionals and talk about how they want to be selfish; have their cake and eat it too; about how there are so many women in the house and yeah they want their match but they also want a taste of every flavor. Meanwhile, there’s a girl sitting right next to them talking about how much she’s into this guy and thinks that they’re a match!
This girl is going out of her way to be in that guy’s presence and to be what he needs, and he would give all of that up for a roll in the hay with someone that he knows isn’t his perfect match.
What is happening and why?
How long will we accept “selfish” as an alternative to LONELY?
How Long?!
I can’t deal with this show and how upsetting it is… But, you know what? The producers are on to something great because this is exactly what draws the people in… Keep up the good work (insert eye roll).
WHY DOES IT SEEM LIKE GOOD FOOD IS GETTING HARDER AND HARDER TO COME BY?
I haven’t had food that’s made my eyes roll back in my head since I came back from Washington D.C.
I know that a big part of this is because I don’t go out to eat as much when I’m not on vacation, but I also feel like I’ve seen all that Sacramento has to offer as far as food is concerned!
It’s the state capital and I can’t find a decent meal anymore which is devastating.
We have the restaurants that people talk up just to talk up, but there’s not one spot in this city with comparable food to even the worst meal that I’ve had in other states.
A lot of my fun/joy comes from nights at the movies and good food. Because I am so routine, I usually go for the food that I know is good. This is definitely because my heart cannot take spending money on food that will be disgusting and waste-worthy.
The food that I have tried in Sacramento just hasn’t been special (with the exception of one restaurant). But, maybe I’m too picky… Maybe my food expectations are too high… Or maybe I’m right and this city just doesn’t have any good food!
